Frankincense is made from the resin of the Boswellia tree; frankincense is also known as olibanum. It has a spicy, woody smell that can be used in different ways like a supplement, cosmetics, or incense. Boswellia tree typically grows in the dry, mountainous regions of India, Africa, and the Middle East.

How to use
Topic Use
Face Products: use 6 drops per ounce of carriers like coconut oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, almond oil or argan oil.
Body lotions: use 12 drops per ounce of a carrier of body lotion
Shampoos, hair masks or rinse off products: use 20 drops per ounce of shampoo, hair mask or any rinse off product.
Diffusion: utilize 3 to 4 drops in the diffuser of election.
Internal use: dilute 1 drop in 4 fl oz of liquid.

Do not use during pregnancy except under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner. Particularly if you are pregnant, nursing or using any medications, it is recommended to consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using herbal products.
Some people could have some side effects including skin sensitivity or allergic reactions. Frankincense may also interact with some medications, particularly blood thinners like warfarin and possibly nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen.
